Phase B

  • Triethanolamine

Phase C

  • Alcohol
  • 17.0
  • PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil

Procedure

Weigh water and add phase A ingredients, stirring to obtain a good mixture. Then mix phase B ingredients, checking the pH. Mix phase C ingredients while stirring and pour them on phase A very slowly.
